    Food Service Manager

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead efforts to improve, grow, and elevate food service operations.

    + Ensure strict compliance with Health Department regulations and company policies regarding food safety standards.

    + Maintain meticulous attention to detail and enforce adherence to recipes and quality assurance standards among team members.

    + Train and develop staff on food service operations, including proper food handling procedures and recipe execution.

    + Manage daily prep lists, temperature logs, and other assigned tasks, delegating effectively to team members.

    + Oversee all aspects of food ordering from vendors, including inventory management and cost control.

    + Conduct regular inventory counts and collaborate on action plans to reduce inventory shrinkage.

    + Occasionally assist with register operations, but primarily focus on kitchen operations.

    + Prioritize urgency in food & beverage preparation to ensure timely service to customers.

    + Ensure proper products are available on grab-and-go shelves at appropriate times.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations, certification preferred.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Effective communication and leadership abilities.

    + Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

    + Experience with inventory management and cost control techniques.

    + Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    + Must be upbeat, personable, and dedicated to creating a memorable customer experience.

    + Currently ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification within 3 months of employment.
