Responsibilities for a Technical Customer Support Representative include but are not limited to: 

+ Provide technical product support and pricing information to customers via phone and email

+ Review customer specifications and prepare accurate quotes using ERP systems

+ Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction

+ Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, including order tracking, issue resolution, and post-sale support

Candidates for Technical Customer Support Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

+ Must have a mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing technical background or understanding

+ Basic Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus

+ Strong data entry and typing skills (please include WPM on resume or application)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
