Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service, Call Center jobs for our client in Fremont, MI. As a Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service, you will serve as the voice of the brand, engaging with consumers and responding to inquiries, complaints, and praise. This role supports a Nutrition team and all brands within its scope. This role pays $14.93 per hour.
Requirements:
+ Phone channel focused with the ability to flex to email, live chat, SMS text, eCommerce, and ratings and reviews as needed.
+ Support all brands within the scope of the Nutrition team.
+ Foster consumer loyalty while driving sales and market share through exceptional customer service, expert advice, nutrition and product education, and personalized solutions.
+ Facilitate and support eCommerce initiatives and product transactions.
+ Process quality incidents in accordance with FDA and company requirements.
+ Demonstrate competency with CRM Salesforce Engage OMNI, product information, and consumer data privacy handling.
+ This position may support a 24/7 engagement center and could require availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
+ Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
+ Computer and/or systems knowledge.
+ Problem-solving and customer service skills.

Shifts:
+ 1st Shift: Start time range between 8 AM - 10 AM
+ 2nd Shift: Start time range between 12 PM - 2 PM
+ Hybrid Work Option: Work-from-home available on Mondays and Fridays, contingent upon meeting internet requirements, successful completion of training, and verification of job proficiency.

**Pay Details:** $14.93 per hour
