    Temporary to Hire Opportunity

     

    As a Press Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate machines or manually place sheet metal against guide pins to ensure accurate pressing. You'll also be tasked with maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to keep our presses operating at peak performance.

    Responsibilities:

    - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure accurate pressing of sheet metal

     

    - Perform daily maintenance on all equipment and machinery

     

    - Communicate effectively with shipping and office personnel

     

    - Inspect finished materials to maintain quality control standards

    Qualifications:

    - 3-5 years of experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment

     

    - Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift hours

     

    - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

     

    - Excellent communication skills

    Shift Hours:

    - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

     

    - 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
