Olsten Staffing Services is working with a leading biotechnology company in Rockingham, NC specializing in food and fragrance flavors, in expanding its production team. We're searching for a dedicated and qualified individual to contribute to our innovative and collaborative work environment. Our client manufactures high-quality food and fragrance flavors, and we're looking for individuals who are not only efficient but also thrive as team players. Job Responsibilities:

As a member of our production team, you'll be involved in various tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Raw materials inputting and product filling.

+ Equipment cleaning and maintenance.

+ Ensuring a clean and safe factory environment

+ Additional tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Honesty and hardworking attitude

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

+ Availability to work from 5 am to 2 pm

+ Weekend work as needed (equitably distributed)

+ Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in food production

+ Knowledge in microbiology and fermentation

+ Basic electricity skills for mechanical maintenance

+ Forklift operation capability

+ Basic computer skills

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
