What You'll Be Doing:

+ Assemble parts and components into finished products or subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

+ Follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

+ Perform basic setup and operation of machines.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications and standards.

+ Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing completed products for shipment or storage.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

+ Move materials as needed using hand trucks or other equipment.

+ Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For:

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.

+ Basic math and measuring skills (micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools).

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

+ Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

+ Previous assembly experience is a plus.

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred.

**Pay Details:** $16.40 per hour
