    **Job Title:** Heat Press Operator

    **Location:** Cheshire, CT

    **Pay Rate:** $18 per hour

    **Hours:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

    **Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Heat Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate heat press machines to apply designs, logos, and graphics to garments and other materials while ensuring quality and precision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate heat press machines to apply heat transfers according to specifications.

    + Inspect finished products for quality assurance and accuracy.

    + Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Handle materials and products with care to avoid damage.

    + Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience operating heat press machines is preferred but not required.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

    + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
