We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team and support daily facility operations through general cleanup and maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring our manufacturing environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance throughout the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and clearing debris.

+ Collect, sort, and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.

+ Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas, trailers, crates, and equipment as needed.

+ Break down and remove wooden pallets, packaging materials, and other refuse.

+ Organize and stage machine parts and supplies to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

+ Support other departments with manual labor and general upkeep tasks as assigned.

+ Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.

+ Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed.

+ Report safety concerns or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

+ Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

+ Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team environment.

+ Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.

+ Willingness to take direction and complete tasks efficiently.

+ May involve exposure to varying temperatures and working conditions, including hot, cold, or damp environments.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
