Adecco is actively recruiting for a part time Office Manager with our client in Grand Rapids, MI. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, billing coordination, and electronic health records (EHR) management. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in healthcare documentation, financial transactions, and the ability to interact with various providers, billing partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Experience in medical office administration, healthcare billing, or EHR management (experience with Auto No-Fault, Workers' Compensation, or TBI cases is highly preferred).
• Familiarity with medical billing processes, including EOBs, EFT payments, and insurance coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and electronic health record systems (EHR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with providers, insurance companies, and case managers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Empathy and professionalism when working with patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
