Position Summary
RSI is recruiting for a Real Estate Coordinator who willperform a variety of business-related assignments in Real Property, providing administrative support on specialized and routine activities for each subtask. Specialized assignments could include but are not limited to the interface between LM and LMS management staff, coordinate the sequencing of schedule activities to ensure appropriate resources availability, and contract deliverable completion.

**FLSA:** Exempt
**Hiring Range:** $60,000.00 - $77,000.00per year.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)
This position is required to travel 10% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Assists with developing, tracking, and submitting contract deliverables for timely submittals.
+ Assist/track routine letters/emails.
+ Interface with the client on a regular basis.
+ Manages calendars/emails as requested.
+ Schedules meetings with the LM client, LMSP and external participants. Arranging Tele-Conference meeting logistics.
+ Prepares sensitive correspondence, reports, and other documents.
+ Manage the organizational portfolio to ensure that all resources, forms, communications, calendars, and/or required documents are developed and completed with the appropriate form of rigor and detail associated with the position.
+ Support Real Estate and Real Estate Records and have the ability to manage and reconcile as a P-Card holder.
+ Work with AAIMS Assessments and Issues for Real Property to ensure timely delivery.
+ Track and coordinate reports/documents from document management requiring review and revisions to ensure completion in a timely manner to avoid AAIMS issues.
+ Responsible for travel/conference coordination and completing expense reports.
+ Track Real Property team is current with their training and provide reminders.
+ Tracking team accountability daily for safety/drills.
+ Works with Real Property managers/team leads to schedule interviews with potential applicants.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
+ 12 years of relevant experience in Real Estate.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ No professional certification required.
Required Skills and Abilities
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
+ Excellent Customer Service.
+ Analytical and team-building skills.
+ Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
+ Customer service oriented.
+ Ability to problem solve.
+ Strong administrative skill and organizational skills.

Essential Physical Requirements
Sedentary: Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
