As a Sr Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing advanced testing initiatives to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will develop and implement innovative test strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications.
_You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you will work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days._
In this role, you will impact the success of our Test Engineering teams by ensuring that testing processes are efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage advanced testing initiatives to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures.
+ Lead and manage Capital Equipment implementation related to test equipment upgrades and installations.
+ Participate/Lead Teams with investigations of facility equipment issues.
+ Lead and manage future test equipment, working with highly technical cross functional groups to define requirements, costs, and schedules.
+ Work with a highly technical team to maintain/improve existing test equipment.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering.
+ Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools.
+ Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers.
