    As an **Assembler Level 2** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our Integrated Supply Chain. You will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

     

    You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location..

     

    Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assemble and test components and products according to specifications

    • Inspect and verify the quality of finished products

    • Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects

    • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • At least two (2) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing

    • Basic knowledge of assembly techniques and tools

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

    • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
