Job Description

As a Contract **Content Specialist** , you will create compelling content that enhances Eptura’s brand presence, attracts new business, and educates audiences about our product offerings. Your writing will help position Eptura as a **thought leader** in the workplace experience and asset management industry. This role requires **strong storytelling ability, SEO knowledge, and attention to detail** . You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize content strategy. With strong performance and alignment with business needs, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Optimization

+ Write, proofread, and edit **blogs, marketing content, and other copy** to align with brand tone and messaging.

+ Optimize existing content for **SEO performance, readability, and engagement** .

+ Ensure all content consistently reflects Eptura’s **voice, mission, and value proposition** .

Strategic Research & Thought Leadership

+ Conduct **industry research** to identify trends, gather insights, and create relevant, high-impact content.

+ Assist in developing **long-form resources** , such as **pillar pages, reports, and downloadable assets** .

+ Support content team brainstorming sessions to refine ideas and strengthen overall content strategy.

Digital Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration

+ Work closely with the marketing team to **align content with email, social media, and digital campaigns** .

+ Partner with designers and marketers to **ensure content is visually engaging and strategically positioned** .

+ Stay up to date with **best practices in content writing, digital marketing, and SEO** .

About You

+ **1-3 years of experience** in **B2B content writing** (long-form & short-form).

+ Strong **written communication skills** , with **attention to detail** and storytelling ability.

+ Basic knowledge of **SEO principles** and strategies for optimizing content for web traffic.

+ Familiarity with **email and social media marketing** , ensuring effective distribution of content.

+ Ability to **conduct research, analyze trends, and translate complex topics into engaging copy** .

+ A **collaborative mindset** , comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience with **content management systems (CMS)** and marketing automation tools is a plus.
