The pay for this position starts at $21.70/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.74/hour.

This position is located in Paxton, MA.

The schedule for this position isWednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 1:45pm-1030pm, Saturday 8am-10:30pm

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus

Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified

**Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts** serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Paxton House program serves co-ed youth, ages 4 to 14, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the main focus at this program is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors that precipitated placement; and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible.

As an Assistant Program Manager, you will:

+ Be passionate about working with and helping youth.

+ Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

+ Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.

+ Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals.

+ Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.

+ Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

+ Must be 21 years of age or older.

+ Valid driver's license **required** .

+ Bachelor's degree **required** .

+ 1 year experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders **required** .

+ 1 year of relevant supervisory experience **preferred** .

+ **Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.**

+ **Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment**
