    The pay for this position starts at $20.46/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $24.32/hour.

     

    The schedule for this position in Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional nights & weekends, and flexibility to accomodate these extended hours.

     

    This position is located in Woburn, MA with potential flexibility.

    We are looking for a passionate Foster Care Recruiter/Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing, and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes. The candidate must be bilingual in both English and Spanish and be familiar with the foster care system in Massachusetts. **This person must understand procedures and programs, and have a good knowledge of case management.** This candidate will need to recruit foster families, keep the homes up to code, help with relicsensing, and do home visits and documentation. We are looking for a candidate who can build rapport with the children and families, and has a compassionate and understanding nature.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    + Must be 21 years of age or older

    + Valid driver's license with good driving record **required**

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field **required**

    + Bilingual English/Spanish **required**

    + At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families **required**

    + Virtual Gateway knowledge **preferred**

    + **Must have valid Social Work license, or obtain within 6 months of hire (minimal level is LSWA)**

    + **Must be able to attend new hire paid orientation, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA**
