As our Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, you will split your day between administrative leadership and in the field clinical training. Read through this posting and if it aligns with your background and interests we encourage you to apply and tell us “Why did you become a nurse?” Your Schedule & Payscale: * Monday-Friday, 8A-5P * Some after-hours and weekend responsibilities * $65,000-$75,000 * Weekly Pay * Amarillo,TX How you will make a difference: As the RN, Nurse Manager, you will supervise the training of nurses through onboarding, one-on-one education and researching opportunities to grow our team’s clinical skills. Our team of nurses will look to you for clinical guidance to help maintain a high standard of care. You will work directly with case managers, ADONs and other clinical team leads to support our growing team of nurses. Outside of your administrative duties you will provide direct patient care through skilled visits including media management and wound care. This is a learning position to become an ADON/alt-administrator so RNs eager to grow in leadership and step their nursing feet into administration will thrive in this position. What’s required to join our team: * At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse. * You will spend most of your day interacting with people. An outgoing personality who loves peoples do well in this position * A passion for bedside care and nursing education is key for you in this position.
