• Physical Therapy Aide

    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    Under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, our Physical Therapy Aide provides designated physical therapy related services as outlined in the patient's plan of care. This position requires providing care/service to an acutely ill through rehabilitating pediatric through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.

    Qualifications

    Minimum:

    + 3 to 6 months PT volunteer, job shadowing or combination of relevant experience.

    + Medical terminology

    + Basic computer skills

    + Current BLS Card

    Preferred:

    + 1 year PT Aide experience some college related classes

    + High School graduate or equivalent

    Pay Range

    $29.15 - $32.63 /hour
