    Job Description

    Candidates should have a firm grasp of accounting practices and possess strong computer, verbal and written communication skills. To ensure success, candidates should be prompt, honest, detail-oriented, and analytical. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager is required along with proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases. Candidates should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy is crucial. The ideal candidate should improve HR processes, boost morale and employee retention, and enhance safety and wellness. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance requirements is essential. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills are necessary

    Responsibilities

    + Manage accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.

    + Oversee and improve HR processes to enhance employee morale and retention.

    + Ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

    + Administer benefits, payroll, and vacation travel.

    + Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting and HR tasks.

    + Demonstrate prompt, honest, and trustworthy behavior.

    + Utilize MS Office, accounting software, and databases effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of accounting experience

    + Knowledge of payroll, hr/benefits

    + Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

    + Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.

    + High attention to detail and accuracy.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
