    Associate/Sr. Assoc./Manager** - **Reimbursement and Analytics

     

    Lilly Patient Services (LPS) is a center of excellence for US patient services and customer support. Our responsibilities include the design and execution of industry-leading, multi-channel customer support solutions and services that enable better patient outcomes and help Lilly achieve business objectives. Members of LPS should deeply understand customer needs and the healthcare ecosystem, and all are expected to support our purpose of connecting people to Lilly products and solutions. Together, we are accountable for an end-to-end support ecosystem of solutions that minimize abandonment, increase adherence and persistency, and deliver industry-best customer experiences. The Reimbursement and Analytics - Strategy lead is responsible for the execution and measurement of reimbursement services and affordability solutions as part of US customer support programs. This role will report to the Associate Director, Reimbursement and Analytics in Lilly Patient Services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Execution of Reimbursement and Analytics Services

    + Provide subject matter expertise and support for product reimbursement and analytic services for US customer support programs in retail, specialty, infused, and diagnostics businesses. Product reimbursement includes analytics and execution of brand affordability solutions as well as pharmacy and medical benefits coverage for commercial and government insurance.

    + Responsible for proactive analysis and measurement of product reimbursement and diagnostic authorization services for CSPs across service channels, including adherence to business requirements and attainment of business objectives

    + Responsible for collecting and participating in the prioritization of product reimbursement services escalations across channels. Identify and communicate themes across business areas and solve for issues when feasible

    + Participate in solution and process innovation to improve product reimbursement and diagnostic authorization outcomes as well as meet the evolving demands of the business (i.e., formulary change initiatives, execution of new affordability solutions, etc.) Ensure adherence to all privacy, compliance, and legal requirements as well as CSP Principles with particular emphasis on data protection and appropriate use

    + Provide data and analysis in support of executive summaries and governance presentations specific to product reimbursement initiatives and outcomes

    + Provide support on demand for enterprise projects and or reimbursement data requests for changing market dynamics and trends to enable data driven decisions for all partners.

    + Responsible for proactive analysis and measurement of product reimbursement services for all CSPs across service channels, including consistency in business requirements and attainment of business objectives.

    + Ensure alignment to all privacy, compliance, and legal requirements as well as CSP Principles with particular emphasis on data protection and proper use.

    Building Relationships and Team Expectations

    + Participate in learning and development opportunities to ensure delivery of exceptional value to our customers and Lilly business partners, including efforts to obtain expert level of understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment, trends in reimbursement and payer segments, innovation in patient affordability, and best-in-class customer engagements

    + Operate in a state of continuous compliance while meeting key business objectives. Provide feedback to peers and leaders to help meet individual and team performance goals.

    + Prioritize performance management and development discussions with supervisor and mentors.

    + Ensure understanding of team priorities and make strategic tradeoffs to meet business objectives while managing time and financial investments. Drive to continuous improvement in base operations to reduce operating expenses and fuel innovation

    + Leverage support and escalation processes to quickly resolve issues, to trend and proactively prevent issues, and to identify opportunities to improve operations and team performance

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Minimum 2 years of experience

    + Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

    Additional Skills/Preferences:

    + Proficiency in SQL coding language

    + Previous experience in pharmaceutical market access and/or healthcare industry

    + Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills

    + Proven interpersonal skills, teamwork and people development

    + Ability to communicate proactively and optimally with IT and business partners

    + Business Intelligence certifications (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

    + Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority

    + Previous experience analyzing CSP (or equivalent) vendor data

    + Diligent with a focus on accuracy and precision

    Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

     

    $57,750 - $129,800

     

    Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
