    Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our expanding Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including issuing payments, onboarding vendors, and ensuring timely invoice approvals. This is a great opportunity for a early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process and issue weekly vendor payments accurately and on schedule.

    + Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.

    + Collaborate with managers to ensure timely invoice approvals.

    + Set up new vendors in the ERP system following established protocols.

    + Accurately enter accounts payable bills into the ERP system.

    + Review and verify employee expense reports for compliance and accuracy.

    + Route invoices and expense reports for appropriate approvals.

    What You Bring

    + 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.

    + Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management.

    + Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

    + Ability to create and analyze Excel pivot tables.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    + Internship or prior experience in a finance or accounting environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
