    Salary: Up to $160,000 + Benefits + Relocation Support

    What You’ll Lead

     

    + A blended team of in-office and remote truss designers

    + Scheduling and workflow to align with production and customer demand

    + Ongoing training and mentorship to build internal talent

    + Design reviews to ensure code compliance and structural excellence

    + Coordination with manufacturing to deliver on time, every time

    + Customer-facing design issue resolution with a proactive mindset

    + Process innovation to drive quality and efficiency across the department

    + Provide oversight and support for estimating activities, including guiding the truss estimation team and contributing to design tasks as needed.

     

    What You Bring

     

    + 5+ years using MiTek design software

    + 2+ years in a leadership or management role

    + Expertise in both single-family and multifamily truss design

    + Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans

    + Organized, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities

    + Excellent communication and team-building skills
