Work Location:
Remote position with mandatory monthly in-person meetings in Arlington.
Work Hours:** **Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with some nights and weekends.

What You Will Do:
Program Manager for Texas Health Community Impact (THCI) will be responsible for managing and providing technical assistance to THCI grants; building and maintaining relationships; ensuring grantee compliance with budgetary and program objectives; and contributing to the execution of THCI strategy. The Program Manager will execute and communicate grant-making strategies and priorities as determined by the Director. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Community Hope team to communicate referrals, share community resources, and focus on non-medical drivers of health. The Program Manager will work with the Analytics team to strengthen data collection processes for the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Program Manager will connect, convene, and catalyze collaborations to address non-medical drivers of health. The Program Manager will coordinate logistics related to Leadership Council meetings. The Program Manager may support or operationalize community health grants.

Req **Skills** Experience in community/public health program planning and implementation, grants management required, ability to demonstrate excellent judgment, attention to detail, collaborates with various positions and personnel levels within a healthcare and community setting.
