    The Sr. Lead QA Compliance Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the organization's operations and procedures comply with government regulations and industry standards. This position requires researching regulations, communicating compliance requirements, and managing certification processes to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Research compliance regulations and industry policies

    + Evaluate and update internal operational procedures

    + Analyze and refine existing compliance policies and documentation

    + Communicate guidelines to management and relevant departments

    + Develop and implement new compliance policies and procedures

    + Manage applications for certifications and regulatory approvals

    + Maintain a compliance recordkeeping system

    + Train employees on industry compliance requirements

    + Maintain communication with compliance regulators and track applications

    + Stay updated on regulatory amendments and compliance standards

    + Lead audit activities and contribute to global QA policies

    + Offer expertise in CAPA plan creation and process improvements

    + Host external audits and regulatory inspections

    + Facilitate audit responses and maintain QA relationships with key clients

    + Deliver training for audit performance (basic to advanced levels)

    + Support global quality improvement initiatives

    + Implement corrective actions based on quality metrics

    + Adhere to Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance protocols

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + Expertise in Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

    + Experience with GXP, GMP manufacturing, and audits (internal/external)

    + Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 13485) and risk management

    + Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology-related discipline preferred

    + 4-7 years of experience in a regulated environment

    + Compliance management certification preferred

    + Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

    + Ability to influence QA strategy and drive improvements

    Work Environment

    + Location: Indianapolis, IN (on-site presence required)

    + Schedule: Standard business hours

    + Dress Code: Professional attire

    + Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and regulators

    + Tools Used: Compliance management software

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.40/hr.
