We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage electrical projects efficiently using project management methods. This role requires a proactive individual to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
+ Manage electrical projects using estimates, plans, and project management methods.
+ Track project documentation, including RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, and Transmittals.
+ Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and tools.
+ Communicate directly with clients and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
+ Schedule jobs and assign electricians in collaboration with office staff.
+ Provide support to electricians in the field to enhance efficiency and productivity.
+ Estimate and provide proposals for change orders, managing them effectively with clients.
+ Conduct site visits and communicate with project estimators.
+ Participate in regular meetings with office staff and Lead Electricians.
+ Monitor each project for quality assurance and ensure delivery as promised.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience and knowledge of the electrical industry.
+ Understanding of current national and local codes.
+ Experience in construction management or project management.
+ 5+ years of electrical management experience.
+ Ability to maintain project budgets ($100k-$5 million) and schedules.
+ Proficiency in document control using Procore or similar project management software.

Work in a close-knit, family-like environment with flexible management. Enjoy exciting warehouse projects across the country, a nice office space with a kitchen, and a fun company culture with field days and activities. The role offers potential for a company vehicle or travel, a 401k program, and benefits enhancement. Work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The position is based in-office with potential travel depending on project requirements. You will have your own desk equipped with two monitors, and personal protective equipment including a hard hat and vest is provided. A company phone and iPad are included, with mileage reimbursement and the possibility of a company van within six months.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr.
