Technician

Job Description

This role involves troubleshooting, programming, and inspecting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. Candidates may also be required to perform soldering on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) while utilizing a microscope.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and program SMT machines.

+ Conduct inspections related to SMT machines.

+ Perform soldering on PCB using a microscope.

+ Utilize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) techniques.

+ Ensure quality and functionality of circuit boards and PCBA.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with SMT machines, specifically Samsung or Hanwha.

+ Proficiency in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) operating and programming.

+ Ability to perform SMT and through-hole soldering, rework, or repair.

+ Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with microscope assembly and soldering PCB.

+ Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) programming.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
