    Job Title: Warehouse/Logistics Specialist

    Type: Direct Hire

    Compensation: $48k-58k ($23.07-27.89/hr DOE)

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you’ll manage shipping and receiving processes, support inventory control, and ensure timely and accurate communication across teams.     Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service & Communication

    + Respond to customer calls and emails, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.

    + Serve as a key point of contact between the warehouse team and other departments.

    Shipping & Logistics

    + Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and invoices.

    + Schedule and coordinate shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.

    + Track deliveries and manage pickup schedules.

    Inventory Management

    + Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.

    + Record receipts, adjustments, transfers, and perform regular cycle counts.

    + Assist with monthly/quarterly inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.

    Returns & Documentation

    + Manage returns (RMAs), ensure approvals, and track return status.

    + Organize digital records using SharePoint and other systems.

    + Maintain audit-ready shipping and inventory documentation.

    Procurement & Supplies

    + Monitor stock levels of packaging and office supplies.

    + Request replenishments and keep supply areas organized.

    Warehouse Support

    + Assist with picking, packing, and receiving shipments.

    + Ensure warehouse and shipping areas remain clean and organized.

    Administrative Support

    + Perform data entry, file management, and report generation.

    + Support warehouse leadership and participate in process improvement projects.

    Qualifications & Skills

    + Experience: 3–5 years in an administrative or warehouse support role (logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred).

    + Shipping Systems: Strong knowledge of FedEx and UPS platforms.

    + Tech Skills: ERP/inventory system experience, solid Excel skills, accurate data entry.

    + Organizational Strength: Able to manage multiple tasks and solve problems independently.

    + Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

    + Dependable: Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.

    + Detail-Focused: Accuracy in documentation and inventory handling.

    + Growth-Oriented: Willingness to learn new systems and grow within the organization.

    Work Environment

    + On-site role only — no remote or hybrid options available.

    + Office hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

    + Must be comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings, including occasional light lifting.
