    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly process. We are seeking individuals with a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and hands-on experience in manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include cleaning parts, performing general production and assembly duties, and, if aligned with warehouse operations, engaging in kitting and forklift tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean parts as needed.

    + Perform general production and assembly duties.

    + Engage in kitting and forklift tasks if working in the warehouse/inventory department.

    Essential Skills

    + Attention to detail.

    + Willingness to learn.

    + Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, quality control, construction, or automotive technology.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a large manufacturing facility that is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. The facility offers two shifts: Daylight from 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd Shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Overtime is mandatory on Saturdays, typically for 5 hours. A $2 shift differential is provided for 2nd Shift workers.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47817.00/yr.
