    Responsibilities

    + Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff.

    + Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all repairs.

    + Conduct maintenance across office spaces, production areas, public spaces, and production equipment.

    + Manage maintenance schedules and track activities.

    + Identify issues and determine necessary repairs.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-4 years of experience in maintenance supervising.

    + Extensive knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

    + Proficiency in managing facilities, machines, and equipment.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent management and supervisory skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to keep track of and report on activities.

    + Capability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.

    This position is based in a manufacturing environment, entirely indoors, with flexible day shift hours.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
