Job Description

The position is responsible for the assembly of axles and related components on the line. This role ensures a quality axle product is delivered to the chassis line in a safe and timely fashion, ensuring all products are assembled, tested, and verified to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

+ Build axles and related assemblies efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

+ Achieve productivity, safety, and quality goals set by the company.

+ Report any issues that may interfere with the delivery of axles or related assemblies to the line leader, supervisor, or direct manager.

+ Maintain a clean working environment.

+ Adhere to company policies, including work instructions, SOPs, and safety rules.

+ Support the Quality and Environmental Policies and Management Systems.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

Work Environment

This role is based in a production facility with six assembly lines. Shifts run from Monday to Friday, with options for the first and second shifts (3pm - 12:30am). The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a t-shirt. Eye, ear, and hand protection are provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alburtis, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
