    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally within the food manufacturing sector. This role requires strong electrical skills with a focus on electrical troubleshooting of 480V systems, 3-phase motors, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience are also essential. The position involves working in a cold environment and maintaining machinery commonly found in food production facilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on 480V systems and 3-phase motors.

    + Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

    + Conduct basic PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems.

    + Carry out mechanical troubleshooting and repairs as necessary.

    + Adhere to GMPs and safety protocols in a food manufacturing environment.

    + Work with bagging machines, taping machines, and conveyors.

    Essential Skills

    + 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

    + Understanding of electrical schematics and 3-phase motor systems.

    + Basic PLC troubleshooting skills.

    + Experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.

    + Heavy mechanical repair experience is a plus.

    + Welding experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates in a cold environment, typical of a facility that produces frozen vegetables. Employees must adhere to GMPs and wear appropriate safety gear such as hair and beard nets. The work environment is clean and involves machinery including bagging machines, taping machines, and conveyors. The shift for this role is from 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $67662.00 - $67662.00/yr.
