    We’re a locally owned plumbing company backed by a national brand, and we're looking for a motivated, experiencedLead Plumberto join our team. We seek dependable professionals who are ready to lead with skill, integrity, and efficiency.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial plumbing issues

    + Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations (water heaters, pipe systems, fixtures, etc.)

    + Lead and mentor apprentices on job sites

    + Communicate clearly with customers, providing estimates and explaining recommended services

    + Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

    + Complete detailed job notes and photos using mobile software

    + Occasionally assist with job materials, scheduling coordination, and follow-up

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Valid Louisiana Journeyman or Master Plumber License(required)

    + 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

    + Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills

    + Ability to supervise and train apprentice plumbers

    + Experience using Housecall Pro or similar field service software is preferred

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or crawlspaces

    + Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
