Job Title: Sanitation Technician

Job Description

Are you someone who takes pride in their work? We are actively looking for a hands-on, detail-driven, Sanitation Technician to join our award-winning, property management team. You’ll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents and keeping our communities clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

+ Transform apartments into move-in-ready homes with expert painting, repairs, and cleaning.

+ Maintain common areas like hallways, laundry rooms, and trash rooms.

+ Support groundskeeping and upkeep of amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors.

+ Communicate with the Maintenance Foreman to report issues and coordinate tasks.

+ Assist with inventory, tool maintenance, and shop organization.

+ Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience in maintenance, painting, or janitorial work (preferred).

+ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

+ A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

+ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

Work Environment

This position is located in Saratoga Springs, NY, at a jobsite. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work alongside a team of 3-5 other technicians in a supportive environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
