    Job Title: Utility Worker

    Job Description

    In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure your success. You will engage in a variety of daily tasks, including gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, and continuously understanding the manufacturing process. Your role involves monitoring machine operations, and you will collaborate closely with a group of experienced colleagues, learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles effectively.

    Responsibilities

    + Gather materials and move them to and from the production line.

    + Ensure the quality of finished products.

    + Continuously train and understand the manufacturing process.

    + Monitor machine operations.

    + Collaborate in teams to perform daily manufacturing roles.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

    + Experience working 2nd or 3rd shifts.

    + Ability to be a team player, involving collaboration and teamwork.

    + Must have a High School Diploma.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working off a work order.

    + Experience in any type of industrial environment.

    + Machine operating experience can warrant higher pay rates and positions.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic environment with competitive pay rates. Utility Helper Base salary is $17.53, with differential rates for 2nd shift at $18.93 and 3rd shift at $19.53. Assistant Operator Base salary is $19.52, with differential rates for 2nd shift at $20.92 and 3rd shift at $21.52. Embrace the opportunity to work 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (M-F) or 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (M-F), with differential incentives.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
