    Job Title: Retail Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Retail Associate who will engage with customers and possess a thorough understanding of the spirits our distillery offers. This role requires someone who can provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist and engage with customers, providing knowledgeable insights on spirits offered by the distillery.

    + Conduct credit transactions efficiently and accurately.

    + Perform light cleaning of guest areas throughout the day to maintain cleanliness.

    + Stock retail shelves and ensure products are front-facing and appealing.

    + Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor consistently.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Excellent public speaking abilities, with proper diction and grammar.

    + Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently.

    + High school degree (Associate or higher studies in marketing or hospitality is a plus).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work weekends and evenings.

    + Previous experience in customer service and retail.

    + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.34 - $16.34/hr.
