    **Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a Commercial Facilities HVAC Lead** to oversee maintenance operations for a diverse client base. This role blends hands-on HVAC work with supervisory responsibilities, offering the chance to mentor a team and coordinate vendor services in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead maintenance operations for commercial HVAC systems and infrastructure.

    + Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.

    + Manage and efficiently complete maintenance work orders.

    + Conduct basic electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.

    + Provide guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff and external vendors.

    Essential Qualifications:

    + **EPA Universal certification** and **5+ years** of commercial HVAC service experience.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills in **HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and mechanical systems maintenance** .

    + Expertise in refrigeration systems.

    Additional Skills & Requirements:

    + Proven **leadership ability** with experience supervising personnel and vendors.

    + Excellent **customer service and interpersonal communication** skills.

    + Professional demeanor and appearance.

    + **Valid driver’s license** with a clean driving record.

    + Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and work on rooftops over two stories** .

    + Familiarity with **hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic testing equipment** .

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
