Job Description
Working in a large industrial hardware distribution center, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties across various departments and shifts including inventory control, shipping, receiving, order filling, and stocking. You will use RF scan guns, headsets, forklifts, and other equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with shipping and receiving.
+ Order picking and pulling.
+ Proficient use of RF scanners.
+ Experience with power equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
+ Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
+ Ability to perform fast-paced or heavy labor jobs.
+ Experience with repacking, stocking, material handling, inventory management, forklift operation, packing, labeling, and loading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Excellent data entry and computer skills.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets.
+ Good math and reading skills.
+ Ability to interact with other departments and management.

Work Environment
You will work in the world's largest independent hardware distributor with annual sales of around $4 billion. Our large, clean, and safety-oriented warehouse employs over 150 people and operates multiple shifts. The environment is physical, fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic, with employees frequently twisting, bending, squatting, and stooping. Prior experience with power equipment, forklifts, and scan guns is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, Idaho
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
