Maintenance Technician
1st shift 4-10 hour shifts. 6:30am-4:30pm or can be flexible with time.
$30-35 Starting Pay
Weekly Pay
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, motors, hydraulics, PLCs, machining equipment, mechanics, furnaces, and combustion equipment.
+ Coordinate with the production team to plan and execute maintenance activities.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
+ Assist the Plant Manager with the development of capital projects, budgets, and finances.
+ Conduct analysis of project requirements and follow up on current jobs.
+ Determine contractor needs based on workload and schedule/monitor all building/property maintenance and repairs.
+ Support the Total Maintenance Program (TPM) and apply lean principles to achieve organizational results.
+ Understand and implement safety job planning requirements, including lockout/tagout, fall protection, confined spaces, and PPE.
Essential Skills
+ **4-5 years of maintenance technician experience.**
+ **Basic knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics, machining, and machining centers.**
+ **Proficiency in electrical systems, including automation and drives, and welding.**
+ **Basic mechanical knowledge of PLCs, machining, mechanics, furnaces, combustion equipment, and electrical systems.**

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
