    • Schedule:Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 40–45 hrs/week

    •Job Description:

     

    Join a clean, team-oriented production environment as aMachine Operator! You’ll be responsible for operating aRotoflex finishing rewind machine, inspecting materials, and ensuring that all finished products meetquality control standards. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone withmechanical skills and a sharp eye for detail.

     

    •️Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate a Rotoflex rewind machine following QC specifications

    + Inspect materials to ensure defect-free finished products

    + Rewind large press rolls into smaller rolls per customer specs

    + Prepare orders for final QC inspection

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Perform machine setup, packaging, and inspection duties

    + Monitor production equipment and printed materials

    + Assist in other production tasks as needed

    + Follow all safety rules and regulations

    •Essential Skills:

    + 2+ years of machine operation and packaging experience

    + 2+ years in general production

    + Proficient with hand tools, forklifts, and tape measures

    + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

    •Additional Qualifications:

    + Good math skills and ruler reading ability

    + Must pass a basic math aptitude test

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
