    Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    As a Reach Truck Operator/Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and staging the production floor.

    Responsibilities

    + Locate material in the computer system.

    + Conduct cycle counts.

    + Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry picker.

    + Load and unload trucks as needed.

    + Troubleshoot inventory issues.

    + Perform visual inspections to ensure incoming material is not damaged.

    Essential Skills

    + Forklift experience (reach or cherry ideal but not required).

    + Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Basic knowledge of inventory systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic environment with two available shifts: 8am-5pm and 5pm-2am. The role involves using various technologies such as RF scanners and reach forklifts, with competitive hourly rates.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.15/hr.
