    Job Title: Small Parts Repair Technician

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in electronic repairs, returns management, reverse logistics, and digital customer care. Contribute to our growing New Albany location, where cleanliness and efficiency are key.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform repair and maintenance on small electronic devices, including computers, laptops, and tablets.

    + Hand solder various SMT components with precision.

    + Follow detailed documents and procedures to ensure high-quality repairs.

    + Work independently and proactively, prioritizing tasks effectively.

    + Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

    + Meet daily production quotas while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in hand soldering and use of hand tools.

    + Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot electronic devices.

    + Good communication skills.

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in mobile device repair is advantageous but not required.

    + Knowledge in computer, laptop, and tablet repairs.

    The work environment is very clean and organized, with climate-controlled conditions. Employees can choose between sit-down or stand-up job duties. Please note that cell phones are not allowed on the production floor. The facility is growing and continually adding new inventory.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, Indiana.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
