    Job Title: Lumber Yard Worker

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

     

    Pay:$31,200.00 per year

    Job Summary:

    We are hiring a Lumber Yard Worker to help load, unload, and organize lumber and building materials. This position supports customers, drivers, and coworkers by keeping the yard clean, safe, and efficient.

    Responsibilities:

    + Load and unload materials from trucks and customer vehicles

    + Operate forklifts and other equipment

    + Pull and stage orders for delivery or pickup

    + Help customers find and load products

    + Keep the yard clean and organized

    + Inspect incoming materials for accuracy

    + Follow all safety procedures

    + Perform equipment checks and report issues

    + Assist with inventory tasks

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Experience in a lumber yard or construction environment is a plus

    + Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors

    + Basic math and measurement skills

    + Forklift certification or willingness to get certified

    + Good attention to detail and organization
