    Job Title: CNC Operator

    Job Description

    Set up and operate lathes and mills to produce precise, high-quality parts. Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance to ensure smooth operations. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact specifications. Work both independently and as part of a team, solving problems and addressing challenges with minimal guidance.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate lathes and mills.

    + Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Ensure production meets exact specifications.

    + Work independently and collaboratively to solve problems.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with lathe and mill setup in CNC machining.

    + Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.

    + Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.

    + Programming experience.

    + Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD/CAM.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Doosan and HAAS machines.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    + Experience with drill press operations.

    + Troubleshooting and machine operation skills.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
