Job Title: Parts Counter Associate

Job Description

The Parts Counter Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the operations of the Parts and Service Departments. This position involves assisting customers at the parts sales counter and over the phone, managing orders, and maintaining inventory in both the warehouse and display areas. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, goal-driven, and possess strong communication, administrative, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

+ Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone with identifying and ordering the correct parts.

+ Use inventory management software to look up parts, check availability, and process orders.

+ Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and log inventory into the system.

+ Accurately label and shelve parts in designated storage areas.

+ Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.

+ Log inventory adjustments, returns, and transfers using both manual and digital systems.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts storage area.

+ Lift and move parts and boxes weighing up to 75 lbs as needed.

+ Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely parts delivery and support.

+ Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering product knowledge and support.

This is a Contract position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
