Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $70,500.00 - $83,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to complete Audit specific requirements such as Bank Account Reviews, Aged Item Reporting, Progressive Resolution and Aged Items Parameters.
Essential Functions
+ Complete Audit specific requirements such as Bank Account Reviews, Aged Item Reporting, Progressive Resolution and Aged Items Parameters
+ Facilitate resolution of T-Rec’s system related issues which frequently occur on these reconciliations. Must understand the complex functionality of T-Recs to manage these reconciliations
+ Manage liability to reduce risk of inaccurate processing as it creates exposure to high liability monetary risk, client relationship risk, and reputational risk to the bank. Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members
+ Provide guidance to team members on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development questions, and answer day-to-day questions for team members.
+ Assist with various system conversions across multiple business lines (T-24, Workday GL, My Advance, Zelle, and Aspire(lease) and ensure reconciliations are properly functioning
+ Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members
+ Provide guidance to team members on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development questions, and answer day-to-day questions for team members
+ Perform other duties as assigned
+ Monitor and analyze all reconciliation processes to identify accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency trends for processing appearing on these various complex reconciliation types that support 20-25 business lines
+ Ensure all complex reconciliations are completed accurately and timely to support high net worth clients across multiple business lines
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
+ Strong knowledge of the Trust or equivalent type reconciliations
+ Ability to recommend changes for process improvements and recognize project related cross-functional impact
+ Ability to guide the team members in identifying process improvement opportunities while setting strong goals & monitoring results
+ Ability to coach and develop team members with proven achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
+ Initiative-taker with strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and written
+ Ability to remain adaptable and resilient in all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive show aligned with our culture and core values
+ Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
+ 4+ years of Trust Reconciliation Experience or equivalent reconciliation experience required
+ 2+ years leadership experience required
+ Experience in Management Reporting required

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $70,500 to $ 83,000 annually .
