A Restaurant Supervisoris responsible forassistingmanagement in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3within food and beverage, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, strong leadershipand organizational skills,and ability to work a varied schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays\.Previousunion, hoteland restaurant experience are plus\!

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you wouldbe responsible forassistingmanagement in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work,informand train team members in all restaurant activities and operations

+ Monitor,observeandassistin evaluating team member performance

+ Support andassistteam members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints

+ Ensure compliance with health, safety,sanitationand alcohol awareness standards

+ Manage andmonitorproduct quality and service and satisfaction trends,evaluateand address issues and make improvements accordingly

+ Assistin monitoring inventory and inventory control

The hourly rangefor this role is $22\.00\- $27\.50\.
