    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Pediatric LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional care during night shifts for our young clients. At Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, we believe in making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

     

    Pay Rate: $28.00/hr - $37.00/hr

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the client’s plan of care.

    + Provide nursing care as directed by the physician and the care plan.

    + Monitor, record, and report any changes in the client’s condition.

    + Educate clients and families on care needs and treatment plans.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in electronic records.

    + Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Positive and professional attitude.
