As the Customer Service Specialist within the Customer Care Location, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence focus well as serve as provide excellent customer service/support to Kuehne+Nagel’s Healthcare customer base (both existing, new and opportunity). Furthermore, you will use your knowledge on Kuehne + Nagel Products and service offerings to create innovative solutions to meet existing and potential customer needs.
You will report to Customer Care Manager, Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
How you create impact
+ Create and manage documents and system requirements for new customers.
+ Assist key clients by aligning their queries with our product offerings.
+ Collaborate to address business-related doubts and create solutions.
+ Investigate deviations and handle complaints using our systems.
+ Relay instructions promptly between teams and customers.
+ Manage payment instructions and disputes when requested.
+ Track shipments, anticipate issues, and inform clients.
What we would like you to bring
+ Associate's degree or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years Air Logistics experience with 1.5 years of experience in healthcare vertical
+ Proficient in Microsoft 365
+ Excellent Communication Skills
