    Responsibilities

    + What You'll Do:

    + Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Analyst to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Advana Jupiter, SQL, Toad, iQuery, Qlik, Business Objects and Python. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team on innovative projects, supporting the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications and data solutions.

    + Key Responsibilities:

    + Software Development & Programming:

    + Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code in Python and SQL to enhance the functionality of various applications and systems.

    + Database Management:

    + Work with relational databases and use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting efforts.

    + Data Integration & Reporting:

    + Use Qlik to create visualizations, dashboards, and reports for data analysis and decision-making.

    + Leverage iQuery to optimize data queries and automate workflows for efficiency.

    + Knowledge of Business Objects Reporting Tool.

    + Collaboration & Communication:

    + Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and support operational processes.

    + Documentation:

    + Document code, systems, and processes to ensure future maintenance and usability. Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.

    Qualifications

    + Qualifications

    + Minimum Qualifications

    + Education:

    + MS or MA degree in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline"

    + Or

    + BS or BA degree or an additional three (3) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree. An additional five (5) year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

    + Experience:

    + At least ten (10) years experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.

    + Other Requirements:

    + This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance

    + Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience:

    + Have a working knowledge of the Airworthiness and Flight Certification process within NAVAIR and its application to FMS Requirements

    + Knowledge of Flight Test requirements for specific F/A-18 systems and how it impact the integration of the system on the platform

    + Be able to communicate with engineers, both domestic and foreign, on software-related issues as they apply to sensors and weapons

    + System of System analysis including analysis of alternatives and recommendations for technology investment to drive system performance

    + Planning and guiding systems engineering studies, analysis efforts, and risk working groups

    + Experience supporting programs within the DoD acquisition community is required

    + F/A-18 Avionics Background preferred

    + Skills & Technology Used:

    + Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills.

    + Good problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills/techniques.

    + Business Partner/Effective Communicator:

    + English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.

    + Strong communicators must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

    + Ability to train, lead projects, and direct employees.

    + Customer service oriented, detail-focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.

    + Software:

    + Microsoft Office Suite

    + Excel

    + Outlook

    + SharePoint

    + Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.

    + The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

    + USD $65,000.00- $70,000.00
