Position Overview:
Advises strategic direction while providing leadership for the design, engineering, and implementation for consolidating, standardizing infrastructure and developing applications throughout Sutter Health. Interprets architecture requirements, design, product evaluations, selection, build, and integration of new technology to support Sutter Health objectives. Develops enterprise infrastructure, data management, and application technology strategies, standards, and solution architecture. May oversee software, hardware and infrastructure design, owns Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), continual integration process and tools, and integration strategies to delivers finished, high quality, and compelling products. Lastly, may lead Information Services (IS) systems engineering projects through collaboration, coordination, and implementation across multiple teams.

EDUCATION:
_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
+ Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
+ 8 years of recent relevant experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
+ Web Development.
+ SQL
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
+ Advanced knowledge in formulating state-of-the-art enterprise strategic architecture framework plans.
+ Advanced knowledge in the engineering, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of a wide range of server and storage platforms.
+ Expert knowledge of visualization technologies.
+ Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
+ Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
+ Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
+ Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
+ Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.

Pay Range is $64.84 to $97.26 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
