    Teksystems is currently seeking experienced healthcare call center candidates for a patient scheduling opportunity.

    Responsibilities include:

    -Answering inbound calls from patients regarding appointment requests, supporting prescription refill requests, questions related to lab results, etc.

     

    -Excellent communication with clinical business partners

     

    -Acts as a "front office" supporting Health Physician clinics across the state

     

    -Support a variety of different service lines

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
